Lesego Mofokeng

I am a responsible and dependable individual seeking to apply my excellent video editing skills to whichever industry and gain work experience. I possess a strong work ethic and exemplary collaborative skills, enabling me to thrive as a valuable team member. My extensive film experience, partly the second year of my degree, exposed me to various work dynamics, shaping me to be a person able and effective in maintaining communication. I thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and I am motivated to learn, grow and excel in my editing skill.

As the founder of Uncontacted Archives, a digital media brand dedicated to profound history and enduring mysteries of isolated Indigenous communities, I direct the channel’s editorial focus and content strategy. I personally execute the end-to-end technical process, ensuring that production value matches the gravity of the subject matter. This involves curating archival footage and transforming it into educational narratives through meticulous editing, evocative color grading, and immersive sound design. I am responsible for the channel’s sophisticated visual identity— prioritizing depth, accuracy, and respectful storytelling— to engage and retain a mature, intellectually curious audience.
