• Led design and product development functions, reporting to owner and VP Anne Fontaine. Tasked with full oversight of brand, to include, evening, accessories, and shoes. • Sketched all initial designs for collections, creating several filled flat sketch options, expanding on Anne’s initial design concepts. Successfully growing categories and sales. • Partnered with Anne to merchandise line to ensure seamless brand identity, while building out current trend stories, and market research selling. • Created all line sheets and visuals to organize collection, fabrics, and progress of production.
