I am Hyemin Yoon (Vanessa), an interior designer and space planner with 9 years of experience delivering flagship and multi-store retail environments from concept to construction. I specialize in coordinating global brand standards, managing vendors and millwork production, and ensuring on-time, on-budget execution through close collaboration between brand stakeholders and local contractors.
I have led store openings, renovations, and pop-up retail projects aligned with brand guidelines, coordinated with architects, contractors, VMD, and suppliers to ensure compliance with brand standards, and I excel at layout planning, fixture detailing, and on-site execution for multi-store rollout projects.

ENTRANCE
Scope: Concept design · 3D modeling · Rendering
Location: Seoul, Korea
Type: Residential · Private Apartment
A residential interior concept for a 100㎡ apartment in Seoul, designed around warm wood tones and a quiet sense of personal luxury.
The entrance opens with burl wood panels, geometric patterned flooring, and an open shelving unit — setting a tone that is considered and layered from the first step in.
The living room is compact but intentional. Designed for leisure rather than display, it centers around a curved terracotta sofa facing floor-to-ceiling city views, with shelving that holds books, objects, and the kind of detail that rewards a second look.
The kitchen doubles as a private bar — a compact wine storage unit integrated into the cabinetry, a marble-faced island with bar seating, and a layout that keeps everything within reach without feeling confined.
Circulation throughout is deliberate — each zone flows into the next without interruption, making the apartment feel larger than its footprint.
The private residential projects across Korea
Each space was designed around the client’s lifestyle and sensibility,
with a consistent focus on human scale, material warmth, and
spatial sequences that feel considered rather than incidental.

Two large-scale global headquarters in Seoul, designed for world-leading brands in pharmaceutical and cosmetics. Both projects required translating international brand identity into a distinctly Korean workplace experience.
Pharmaceutical Brand HQ
Organized around the concept of Korea’s Four Seasons, each floor zone carries its own seasonal palette and material language. The design balanced the client’s global workplace standards with the local team’s need for warmth and identity.
Cosmetic Brand HQ
The front-of-house includes a dramatic reception, a café hub, a product Experience Zone, and a large meeting room. Materials — terracotta tile, warm metal frames, exposed concrete
In both projects, the role spanned drawing control, material selection coordination, and on-site construction meetings — serving as the primary link between design intent and execution.
