LINETTE VARGHESE KOSHY

Designed and developed responsive user interfaces using AI-assisted design workflows with Claude to ensure consistency with the organization’s design system. Converted AI-generated designs into production-ready frontend components using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS with modern UI frameworks. Collaborated with designers and stakeholders to refine UI/UX, implement new features, and maintain reusable component libraries. Deployed frontend applications, performed testing and bug fixes, and optimized performance to ensure a smooth user experience.

Developed complex React.js enterprise applications with interactive, responsive UIs using Material-UI, custom themes, and reusable components for global clients across BFSI, healthcare, and banking. Built advanced scheduling and Gantt chart systems with horizontal scrollable date ranges, month/week/date headers, and fixed row/column layouts. Implemented drag-and-drop and resize interactions using react-beautiful-dnd and react-rnd (snap-to-grid, overlap handling, and alignment guides). Integrated API-driven data with Axios/Fetch, including filtering/sorting and persistent UI state management, and translated Figma mockups into pixel-perfect React components. Contributed to Azure DevOps dashboards/pipelines and implemented CI/CD-style automation for build, test, and deployment. Participated in Agile sprint planning and maintained regression test listings to ensure feature stability while delivering enhancements.

Contributed to end-to-end software development lifecycle; implemented dynamic forms with validation; optimized front-end development workflows, and streamlined HR-related processes using React-Redux apps; collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable front-end solutions.
