    paper Homegrown CEO

Blending education and and storytelling, the goal of the podcast is to share teachable moments from successful entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Each episode highlights a niche challenge in entrepreneurship, and offers valuable, actionable lessons for listeners to implement into their own journey.

My role as Executive Producer has been to develop and drive the Homegrown CEO Podcast. Currently, I lead all pre-production stages including guest outreach, creative direction, scripting and recording.

I have also developed a streamlined workflow, created detailed project management boards to better follow the work of our global team, and conducted in-depth research which will contribute to our final marketing strategy.

Our first episodes are being released as audio-only, with plans to expand into video later in 2026. For this debut, I also undertook all audio editing.

    paper The Editing Podcast

When Denise and Louise reached out from The Editing Podcast, I was delighted to discuss where we might be able to improve the post-production of their already thriving podcast.
Their goals were to enhance sound quality and achieve consistent sound levels , and to develop promotional video material to market new episodes online.

Introducing some extra noise reduction, dynamics and precise editing techniques to the mixing process has made a big difference to the overall finish of their episodes, matching their expert advice with polished, professional-sounding audio.

Selecting highlights from each episode and turning them into promotional videos aligned with their existing branding was a wonderful way to showcase not only the key messages of the podcast, but the natural and engaging dynamic of its two presenters.

I have also consulted on ways they could develop the bonus material offered to subscribers, with exclusive episodes now featuring regularly in their recording schedule.
