My name is Logan Mroczka. I am a college alumni who graduated from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, USA. My major is Animation Game Design and my minor is Music. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree. I have not worked in the industry yet outside of college work, except for an internship as a game tester. This job will allow me to gain the experience needed to hopefully obtain a successful career in game development. I have used software like Unreal Engine 5, Unity, Visual Studio Code, and PICO-8 to design levels and program games. I have also used art and design software like Adobe Photoshop and FireAlpaca to make digital art, whether it be used for games, class assignments, or personal projects. I have also played “Game Builder Garage” for the Nintendo Switch, using it to strengthen my game design skills as well as test out game mechanics and functions that I would one day like to incorporate into my own games. Additionally, I have animation and 3D modeling experience using Maya, Blender, and Zbrush. I am curious, creative, and open to new ideas, and when I am focused and in the moment, I can get the job done. I like to put a bit of myself in what I create and take inspiration from a variety of sources, video games being one of my biggest.
