My name is Lorenzo Stipa, I am a videomaker and video-editor based in Milan, with over four years of experience in the production and post-production of video content for social media, particularly in the sports, music, and design industries. My passion for video started during high school and developed further through my studies in Cinema, Television, and New Media at Roma Tre University, where I built a strong interest in visual storytelling and the role of digital media in contemporary communication. I began my career as a videomaker for Romina Iagatti’s Atelier, producing and editing Instagram-focused content, including promotional videos and storytelling pieces designed to communicate brand identity and support audience engagement and e-commerce goals. In 2021 I moved to Milan to join Cronache di Spogliatoio S.p.A., one of Italy’s leading sports media companies and creative agencies. There, I worked across video production and post-production for both editorial and branded content, collaborating with clients such as Nike, Adidas, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, and EA Sports. I contributed to a wide range of formats, including interviews, documentaries, commercials, trailers, video podcasts, and social-first content, often in fast-paced production environments. After more than three years, I chose to continue my path as a freelancer, expanding into new projects and formats. I currently work as a video editor for 50 Sports, where I edit and adapt Champions League highlights in real time during live matches. I am also involved in the docu-serie “Senza Filtro”, focused on singer Lorenzo Fragola, developed as an ongoing YouTube narrative aimed at building audience engagement over time. I work with Sony and Lumix camera systems, DJI Ronin stabilizers, and handle audio recording in live, studio, and outdoor environments. In post-production, I use the Adobe Creative Suite, with DaVinci Resolve for color correction and grading. I am comfortable working both independently and in team environments, across fast-paced and highly dynamic productions. Across my experience, I have developed strong autonomy in managing the full production workflow, with attention to storytelling, pacing, and platform-specific formats. I am used to working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and adapting quickly to different creative contexts, while collaborating with teams, clients, and creative professionals.
