My career path has taken me down several different avenues before arriving at my current role as the owner/managing partner of Lorray Digital Media Group (also DBA Lorray Design Studio). I started my professional career as a full time music minister. This involved leading, managing, and performing with church musicians, choirs, ensembles, soloists, etc. After just a couple of years I found myself teaching music in a private school, and after just a few years of teaching I was appointed the headmaster of a Christian school in Clinton, NJ. I spent the next 18 years working as a school headmaster. During that time I also continued to be heavily involved in music, particularly writing children's Christmas musicals. Over 20 Christmas musicals have been performed around the globe on every continent except for Antartica. After 18 years as an administrator I decided to return to my roots in church music, but by that time church music had changed dramatically to worship bands, dramas, video content, and productions.
