Louisa Stanford

I’m a textile and fashion design practitioner with a strong interest in material exploration, surface design, and contemporary textile applications, through creative storytelling. I’m currently studying MA Textile Design at Nottingham Trent University, where my practice focuses on experimenting with texture, colour, and fabric manipulation to develop innovative textile concepts.

I am particularly interested in the intersection between textiles, fashion, and interiors, and I enjoy hands-on processes, visual research, and creative experimentation. My specialties are silk-screen printmaking and machine embroidery.
