I’m a multidisciplinary designer with 7+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, digital design and audiovisual production. I’ve worked with startups, institutions and companies across different industries, creating visual identities, websites, digital and print content, video, photography, motion graphics and UI/UX solutions. My experience at IPN and BRNDTS has taught me how to adapt to different challenges and turn ideas into clear, engaging visual solutions. What sets me apart is my versatility, curiosity and constant willingness to learn and explore new creative approaches. Portfolio: luisfardilha.com

Clinieiras needed a WordPress website that showcased the clinic’s space and medical team. I designed a site that gave visitors a clear view of the facilities and the professionals behind them, helping build trust before a patient’s first visit.
When users watched horizontal videos in portrait mode, or vertical videos in landscape mode, large areas of the screen were left empty and unused. I designed a monetization strategy that filled that space with a CSS gradient background in the client’s colours, paired with their logo and an ad, either static or rotating at a client defined interval. The same approach was adapted for desktop and other relevant breakpoints, turning unused screen space into a monetization opportunity.
Adblockers were undermining BRNDTS’s content monetization technology, blocking ads before they could load. I designed a pop-up that detected adblocker usage and locked the user’s screen with a message asking them to disable it, only disappearing once the adblocker was turned off. The design adapted to each client’s visual identity, keeping the experience professional and consistent with their brand.
Móveis Aníbal needed an outdoor billboard placed along a road towards Cantanhede to introduce the brand to the local audience. Since the design would be seen by people driving past, I focused on a clean, legible layout that could be read at a glance, paired with a visual language that conveyed luxury and trust, reflecting the quality of the brand’s furniture.
AIBILI needed to bring together a year’s worth of achievements into one cohesive, 80 to 90 page report, available both online and in print. I designed the online PDF with automatic navigation between chapters and hyperlinks to related scientific papers, while keeping the same visual system consistent across the printed edition.
The IneoStart logo combines three concepts into a single mark: the letters ‘is’ (from IneoStart), a location pin representing place and presence, and a circular diagram symbolizing structure and organization. Together, they form a compact, modern icon that reflects the initiative’s role as a structured hub connecting people and ideas.
The BRNDTS icon is built from four elements representing the key players in the advertising ecosystem: ads, ad viewers, content creators, and publishers, who bring everything together on their platforms. Rotated -90° and mirrored, the icon also reveals a hidden reference to an old movie camera, a nod to the storytelling roots of advertising. The Exo typeface conveys strength and a tech-forward aesthetic, while the blue-to-green gradient reflects trust, creativity, and innovation — together forming a cohesive identity for a company at the intersection of advertising and technology.
