I’ve been editing video for over 20 years, and the last several have been focused on short-form content. I know that a video with a great look but no engagement is a failure, so every clip I cut starts with a hook and is built around retention. Today I produce 10-15 short-form clips per week from long-form material for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, iterating based on what the numbers say, not just what feels right.
I use AI tools as a core part of my daily workflow and work remotely from Mexico City, available for PST/CST hours. I’m fluent in English and Spanish, collaborate across time zones, and value data-informed pacing, platform-native formatting, and rapid revisions.
