Through the affinity and exploration of the latter a couple of questions arise: What can design provide in the face of the digital revolution and new production methods like 3D printing, crowdsourcing, and the sharing economy? What should it do now that Le Corbusier's ideal of mass manufacturing has resulted in a global pollution pandemic?
