In response to the previous anti-social media campaign “Get A Real Life,” Why would anybody think that social media ruined our lives? Just take a minute to think what would’ve happened if we weren’t blessed with these platforms. We’d have cut loads of trees to produce newspapers, killing our planet. We’d have been obliged to wait weeks to receive letters from our loved ones, worried sick. We’d have wasted priceless time trying to book tickets for movie theaters, ruining the weekend. We’d have never been as advanced as we are nowadays, unable to move forward. So, if you can’t see the full picture in “landscape,” social media has made it easy, just rotate your cell phone to “portrait” the many positive impacts social media has on our day-to-day lives.
