I am Michael C.W. Bell, an organist, pianist and composer. I currently serve as organist and music teacher at Kings School, Remuera, and I previously directed St Matthews in the City, a leading church in Auckland. I have taught music in four schools across Auckland and I enjoy working across many genres of music.
My work includes arranging music for educational productions and writing music for TVNZ’s Shortland Street. My Magnificat was performed in Christchurch in 2023 and my Puriri Mass was performed in Switzerland in 2025. I love collaborating with other musicians and shaping projects from idea to performance.
