    I’m a mechanical engineer by training, holding an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Koszalin University of Technology (2010), which gave me a structured, technical way of thinking that still shapes how I approach every problem. Those studies also built my programming fundamentals — a foundation I’ve kept developing ever since. Driven by genuine curiosity, I’ve sharpened my technical skills well beyond my day job: earning an ISTQB Foundation Level certification in software testing and completing courses in AI in Business and Google’s “Skills of Tomorrow: AI 3.0” program, run with the Warsaw School of Business. That drive to keep learning outside working hours — and beyond whatever a role formally requires — has been a constant for me since I graduated in 2010. Today it’s led me to become the AI implementation lead at my company, alongside my role as operations manager.
