    Cult of Running

    Between 2023 and 2025, I documented Toronto’s booming running scene as it transformed from a niche subculture into something that resembled a religious movement. The final film observes how running is organized and worshipped through the eyes of both veterans and newcomers. Funny, tense and deeply human, Cult of Running explores what happens when a simple sport becomes an identity.

    I also screened the film at Bevy on May 22, where I sold all 145 seats.

    I met up with Jimmy Holmstrom, the organ player for the Toronto Maple Leafs. I interviewed him for twenty minutes and developed a handful of social media posts. This one went viral on YouTube Shorts.
    Heinz x Banksy
    I wanted to remind ketchup fans of Heinz's place in the pantheon of great billboard ads by making them think that we commissioned the iconic Banksy. This post saw great engagement, with some Instagram users convinced this was a real Banksy. graphicdesigner illustrator branding content
    Pickle Cardigan
    For Claussen Pickles, I designed a limited edition cardigan. Inspired by upcycling videos, where young people transform thrifted items into one-of-a-kind pieces. I had the idea to design a unique cardigan that “someone’s grandma probably knitted.” I drew inspiration from our tagline: “from vine to brine in ten days.” I then personally sent the cardigan to a follower in the United States. video fashion brand
    Stir to Survive
    Kraft Dinner wanted to reinforce its Canadian-ism in a tense political climate. I knew that Netflix's hit show, Drive to Survive, brought younger audiences into the world of F1. So, I leaned into this by writing, directing, and editing an documentary parody on social.
