Prepare live meeting spaces and events for internet meetings using WebEx. Oversee all in-person meetings at the City of Dallas’ Fair Park Multimedia Center. Supervise and technical direct all studio productions, ensuring proper staffing and functioning equipment. Certify that broadcasts are working and archived. Program and operate the studio's robotic cameras, set up Ross virtual studio software and cameras for productions using virtual sets, create and edit graphics, direct City Council meetings for broadcast and streaming, coordinate A/V for outside press and press conferences, transport equipment to remote locations, and record/edit video footage. Direct daily broadcasts of AT&T Virtual Studios training seminars to employees using Zoom. Coordinate with presenters to ensure high-quality visuals, use broadcast management systems to emphasize the intended educational focus, collaborate with AT&T University designers and instructors to prepare broadcast content, and edit lesson videos with Adobe Creative Suite. Created graphical templates used across studio productions and piloted new lesson broadcasts to optimize viewer understanding.

Direct on-air presentations for local and national PBS productions using Ross Vision HD switcher. Oversee ingestion of legacy programming and field video recordings into the digital library. Set up and operate A/V equipment for studio presentations and client studio rentals. Ensure library materials are metadata-complete for distribution. Knowledge of Telestream Wirecast for online and social media broadcasts. Facilitate media/file transfers and operate multi-channel play-out automation while adhering to FCC and EAS guidelines.
