uniE621 Prysma - Psychological testing platform
Prysma is a tool for psychologists to create psychological tests to assess their patients. The platform is based on several thousand items grouped into rating scales with which psychological tests can be created. The client wanted a very clean, learnable and efficient cross-platform digital product that would help psychologists test both technology-friendly patients and those who prefer pen and paper. So the tester can send the test to the testee either by email or printed on paper. The testee can complete it both electronically, by receiving a URL in the email, or with pencil on paper, and then the tester completes the data in the platform. The application, based on the answers given, will return a psychological report. On the desktop version, the application is divided into three areas: the menu, the work area and the informative area that displays the results of the actions in the work area and also contains additional options such as downloading the report, resend invitations, etc. Because the application will be used intensively on mobile too, the working area will be displayed by default. The menu will be visible on tap on hamburger and the informative area appears on tap on the elements in the working area. Also, I choose not to use the zebra tables in order to reduce the visual noise.
uniE621 Capetanos marketplace in the field of nautical sports
Capetanos started as a blog in the field of sailing. We recently implemented a search tool with info about marinas and moorings across Europe. The objectiv for Capetanos was to induce a holliday mood and return fast and relevant results about marinas. At the same time, the design had to allow the addition of new functionalities because Capetanos wants to become a marketplace in the field of nautical sports that will satisfy the needs of customers to book nautical courses, moorings, crew courses and charter boats. After interviews with sailors about how they make a decision on choosing a marina over another, I decided to design by putting in the spotlight the amenities of marina, but also the surroundings and the friendliness of the staf,. This is why we also implemented a review and “save marina” funtion.
    uniE621 Moto-gear mobile app
Moto-gear.ro is a complete online store specializing in parts, equipment and OEM for motorcycles, ATVs, jetskis and snowmobiles. Stakeholders wanted a mobile application that exclusively serves the Romanian market. At the same time, the moto-gear.eu version and the application for Europe is in the works. The challenge was to illustrate all the desired services and functions and bring them to the user's fingertips. Another problem to solve was the filtering of searches according to the motorcycle for which the user is looking for parts. After interviews with potential customers and a few wireframe variants for the key flows, we created a user-friendly menu with all the functions and services offered (my orders, warranties, reviews, delivery addresses, payment methods, invoicing, vouchers, etc.) all separated from the specific flows of a commerce application (product search, cart, favorites, etc.). An innovative area was called My Garage, where the user can save the bike or bikes they own to filter searches based on compatibility of parts with the bike they own. Also, unregistered users, in the first screen of the application can use the search by motorcycle (manufacturer, model, year of manufacture).
uniE621 Breezzy.com is the business card for the ERP management system
Breezzy.com is the business card for the ERP management system (next project) in which we present its benefits and how Breezzy apps work. The audience is any school or trainer in the nautical sports field. We wanted a sober design with a technical look and feel, but elegant at the same time that conveys confidence and professionalism. In terms of the customer experience of interacting with the software, those interested can schedule a free demo after which they get access to the management solution to use it with 100% access even before purchasing a subscription. The trick is that every 24 hours, the software resets itself. I have chosen this solution, so that those interested can become familiar with the application, use all the features and thus discover its value.
uniE621 Breezzy - school management system
Breezzy is the engine behind the Capetanos marketplace. The first release is related to the management of the nautical schools and their courses and how they appear on the Capetanos marketplace. In the next release, the one we are working on now, the booking system will be implemented with the help of a multicalendar, plus the payment and invoicing functionality. The main objective of the design was fit to purpose and learnability, and in addition we wanted a product different from other similar products through the aesthetic element. Related to these objectives, the challenge was the design of the most frequently used area of the app, the table. I had in mind all the tables best practices, but I was stuck in a dilemma: To zebra or not to zebra. Doing research on this topic, I discovered that in terms of table reading accuracy, zebra tables are much more readable BUT in terms of speed, it seems that non-zebra tables are more efficient. Finally, given our goal of making an aesthetically pleasing product, and the fact that 46% prefer zebra and 33% have no preference, I made the decision to use zebra tables. #graphicdesigner #webdesigner #designer
    uniE621 136bpm.ro - personal trainer
The client wanted a platform that would serve people who wanted to exercise at home. They had a database of 430 video exercises and wanted an algorithm that would combine these exercises according to goals (weight loss, toning, muscle mass), possible medical conditions and the time available to work out. The client had to fill in a profile and check off a list of medical conditions and then start training immediately. Solution With very fast onboarding, a new user can start a workout in 3 minutes maximum, thanks to the quick goals buttons (I want to lose weight, I want to tone up, I want to increase muscle mass). For the user familiar with the platform, we have the quick action to continue the workout and the area to set up a workout according to the body part they want to work on. Based on the video exercises and all the workout generation criteria, we can say that we managed to have almost 60000 different workouts. In addition, the platform also contains an area to record the progress made based on measurements, ICM calculator, and a blog part with articles in the field of health, nutrition and sports. https://www.twine.net/signin
