In today’s fast-paced world, individuals often find themselves consumed by long work hours, remote setups, and academic commitments, leaving little time for physical activity. This sedentary lifestyle contributes to poor posture, physical discomfort, and weight gain. While conventional fitness routines offer benefits, they often demand dedicated time and space, making them impractical for busy individuals.
This project addresses the challenge of limited physical activity and wellness by designing multifunctional, space-saving fitness equipment that promotes movement without disrupting workflow. By prioritizing adaptability, aesthetics, and efficiency, this design offers a seamless, non-distracting fitness solution that enhances both health and productivity for busy professionals, students, and remote workers.

According to research studies, understanding the market studies of existing home workout equipment and the primary research was conducted in a self-administered survey for working and busy individuals. The target audiences were students, busy professionals, remote workers, and health-conscious sedentary individuals. Major problems were a lack of time, poor posture, lack of motivation
