    The problem The client was putting out solid podcast episodes, but the channel had no system behind it. Their content got 737 views in 66 days. What we did ✦ YouTube SEO: optimised titles, descriptions and tags so each episode could be found in search ✦ Thumbnail testing: designed and tested 3 versions per episode (topic-based, generic and theme-matched) to find which one pulled the right viewer ✦ Title strategy: titles written to cover SEO, cold audiences and warm audiences at the same time ✦ Shorts and clips: every episode turned into short-form clips and distributed across platforms, sending outside viewers back to the main video The result ✦ 3,644 views in 24 days, nearly 5x the views in about a third of the time ✦ Around 150 views a day, up from about 11 ✦ Within 2 weeks, YouTube started recommending the videos on its own. ✦ 40.6% of traffic came from suggested videos.
