If I hadn’t gone into business, I probably would have become a psychologist — because understanding people is still the most interesting part of what I do.
I’ve always been fascinated by people; how they think, what motivates them, what makes something resonate with them. At some point I realized that business, at its best, is really just applied psychology. Whether you’re building a company, launching a campaign, or helping a client reach their goals, you’re constantly asking the same questions: What does this person need? How can I help? How can we build something meaningful together?
Over the past several years I’ve worked across agency and in-house environments managing digital campaigns, paid media strategies, and brand growth across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other social channels. I enjoy both the strategic and operational side of marketing: understanding how systems work, how campaigns perform, and how small improvements can turn into meaningful results. But where most people see marketing as ads and numbers. I’ve always seen it as people.
At the same time, I’ve also taken on the challenge of working on my own ventures. This experience pushed me into the deep end in the best possible way. It taught me accountability, resilience, and the kind of problem-solving that only comes from real responsibility. It also helped me understand something that changed the way I approach work: every service, every campaign, every project represents someone’s time, effort, and dreams. When you help a business grow, you’re helping someone move closer to their goals.
What I’ve discovered through all of this is that I’m someone who thrives on challenges and learning. When something feels difficult or unfamiliar, my instinct isn’t to step away—it’s to step back, rethink the problem, and figure it out. I genuinely enjoy understanding how things work, improving systems, and constantly becoming a little better than I was yesterday. I’m someone who genuinely believes that if you stay curious enough, you can figure almost anything out!
Long term, my goal is simple: to keep growing, to keep learning, and to help businesses and people grow along the way. I believe the best work happens when people collaborate, share knowledge, and support each other’s ambitions rather than compete against them.
I may look calm on the outside, but internally I’m always thinking, planning, and learning. I love figuring things out, especially when it means helping someone else move closer to something they care about.
