    paper Stylised Wooden Cabin

    This is a stylised wooden cabin I made while working on an indie game, it was meant to be part of a small snowy village.I was told to make it slightly worn and simple as it would be mostly used as a background prop.

    I created a model of a robot influenced by the borderlands series.While making this model I did not have a clear plan in mind and just wanted to freestyle and see what I would end up with.The parts added were changed many times so it would make sense and no parts would clip during animation.

    I created a model of a Game Boy Advance SP using one that I own for reference.I wanted to give it a stylised look so I gave it bolder colours and an outline.

    I modeled a cactus for a different project and by looking at it for a bit I got the idea to create a character out of it.It has been modelled, rigged, skin weighted and textured in blender.

    When first getting back into Blender I wanted to refamiliarise myself with the software and wanted to create a simple scene project that would include alot of blenders’ features.This was good practise into blenders fundamentals and I learned many things about cloth simulations as there are alot of models that make use of them here.

    I took inspiration and reference from the ‘Arcane’ and created jinx’s chomper grenade.The model is pretty low poly and all the textures were created inside of blender.The graffiti on the model is hand painted using reference images of jinx’s drawings from the show.
