Mariana Uyasan

Hi, I’m Mariana Uysan, a 2D animator and character designer student with a strong interest in visual storytelling. I’m passionate about creating compelling and expressive characters, and I see each project as an opportunity to explore new techniques and visual languages.

I’m exploring character development through research, incubator-style programs to create a book, and I participated in talks and presentations at events such as Book Fair and Comic Con (2022). I contributed an original animation that was presented and exhibited during the SOFA 2024: The Year of the Dragon event. Academic achievements and portfolio work continue to grow as I develop my reel and share my process.
