Description

It is a fact that customers prefer to do their banking online, or on mobile, and visiting offices just when it is extremely necessary or important, in most of the cases because they need financial advices.
Traditional offices have been rejected by customers, especially if we talk about millenials, this is the principal reason why the bank industry is being reinvented, a place where you can interact with other people or with technology.

The concept of Coffee-Banking has been brought to this office, the combination of living areas, coffee shop, free WiFi, coworking, and financial education is the result of the renewed office of the biggest bank in Colombia.
