Managed the full children’s line across 5 seasons (FW22–FW24): trend research, creative concept, sample approval, and production. Built MigKids brand identity from scratch (logo system, color palette, typography, and visual guidelines aligned to an Ecological Trend positioning). Designed seasonal collection catalogs (editorial concept, layout, release copy, color boards, and product presentation) and created technical flats and full tech packs for all SKUs, including construction specs, fabrics, grading, trims, finishes, and care instructions.
