During my time at ESB, I was responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the internal graphic design department, composed of graphic designers and contractors. I participated in the creation of the first branded tender which was used to present for international business projects. I was able to create tailor-made infographics, technical sheets, CVs, presentations, logos, corporate photo libraries, exhibition displays, as well as communications on social media. These required me to be meticulous, organized and able to establish strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the company, while mentoring young designers and building a team.
