After more than fifteen years in film and post-production, I find myself increasingly drawn to new challenges that broaden my perspective and allow me to share what I have learned. I have spent my career shaping images, building teams, and refining workflows to make creative ideas flow more smoothly from camera to final master. Along the way, I have discovered how much I enjoy teaching, supporting others, and collaborating with talented professionals who inspire new ways of thinking. As the co-founder and senior colorist at Outpost MTL, I have led a team of 25 artists, developed efficient technical infrastructures, and guided a range of productions from concept to delivery. Yet I am equally motivated by opportunities outside the daily studio routine — whether mentoring emerging talent, consulting on workflow design, or exploring adjacent fields that connect creativity with technology. I am now seeking part-time, freelance, or collaborative projects that let me contribute my experience while continuing to learn from others.
