Creating womenswear, jewellery & accessories collections; leading and managing research across categories to assist the buying and design team; designing original and inspired prints (repeat patterns or placement artworks) tailored to each garment; preparing print packs for factories to clearly understand; creating tech packs & CADS for clothing, bags, and scarves; creating original, market-ready colour combinations drawn from our seasonal palettes; logging all development work and following fabrics and samples from suppliers; sourcing and developing fabrics, materials and trimmings relevant to clothing and bags design; following critical path and managing deadlines to support efficient departmental workflow; assisting with fashion shoots and product shoots; traveling and conducting market research; supporting team members with various administrative tasks and maintaining great relationships with design and buying team.

Creating commercial artworks to high quality standard using different print techniques; creating mood/colour and trend boards; presenting design ideas and prints to the buying and design team; creating artworks for packaging of in-store products; analysing and researching competitor products for colour and trend inspiration for new seasonal direction; collaboration with the buying and design team to build stories for colour palettes and print direction; creating CADS; reviewing samples and making sure Pantones are accurate; liaising with suppliers for product sampling; working efficiently to meet deadlines; handling day-to-day administrative responsibilities.

Merchandising products on shop floor; working on tills; unpacking deliveries; cleaning and tidying shop floor; assisting customers with queries; restocking products on shop floor; doing stock takes; greeting customers on arrival.
