Mathew Briklyn

Hi, I’m Mathew Briklyn. I’m based in Mississauga and hold a BBM from Ryerson University with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship, plus a Geography and Aviation program from the University of Waterloo where I earned a private pilot’s license. My career centers on broadcast buying, campaign coordination, and media sales. In my current role at Dentsu Canada, I coordinate Audio/Video buys, manage TV and Radio campaigns for major clients like Subway, Ikea, Dairy Queen, and Manulife, and oversee invoicing and campaign management. I’ve built strong relationships with media vendors across Canada and developed a solid understanding of the TV and Radio landscape to deliver on client needs.

I previously supported the CBS western sales team on over-the-air radio campaigns for 200+ clients; I am developing account management and sales skills. Earlier, I drove vehicles for Erin Park Lexus Toyota, focusing on safe delivery of new and used cars. I’m passionate about marketing, social media, and SEO, and I bring strong Excel skills and a background in fitness and personal training, which has honed my communication and client-facing abilities. I enjoy applying marketing knowledge to automotive and tech industries and value teamwork and client success.
