I’m Matilda Walker, a Nordic TV & Entertainment producer with about 25 years of experience working across Sweden—spanning major and smaller production houses, as well as broadcast roles at TV4 and Discovery in commissioning and executive producer functions. I’ve led work on non-scripted factual entertainment, documentary and reality, and I’m especially drawn to developing new shows, films, and intellectual properties that are compelling and commercially viable.
I enjoy being the connector in complex stakeholder environments, bringing together commissioners, creative development, business and legal affairs, sales, research, and production teams to move projects from idea to delivery. With a strong network across the Swedish and Nordic creative and talent communities—on- and off-screen—I love building teams, improving existing formats through organic development, and telling stories that resonate with the right audience.
