I’ve been a machinist since 2000, programming and operating mills and horizontal and vertical lathes across manual, CNC, and hybrid systems in both G-code and conversational. 3D spatial thinking has been core to my work long before it became a software conversation. That foundation extends into AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Blender, where I’m comfortable across technical drafting, modelling, and visualization.

I’m new to Rhino, which I’d argue makes me an ideal tester for nautical design plugins. I bring the dimensional precision and tool literacy to evaluate whether something actually works, without the muscle memory that makes experienced Rhino users blind to friction. I know what good tooling feels like from the inside — I just haven’t used this one yet.
