An internal Human Capital Information System used by employees, managers and HR reviewers to manage talent data across a large multi-entity organisation. The platform spans the full talent lifecycle — employee profiles and competencies, organisational structure, career aspiration cycles, succession planning, talent marketplace, internal job posting and reporting — with the corporate HR master system acting as the source of truth for verified records.
Scope of Work
- Built the interactive organisation chart interface — hierarchical position cards, vertical/horizontal orientation toggle, zoom controls, search, business-group and company filters, and export.
- Implemented the employee CV interface with structured sections for position history, assignments, organisation memberships, achievements, education, publications and family data.
- Developed the aspiration cycle screens — period creation, master-data sync, participant lists with filtering, bulk selection, per-employee status tracking and export.
- Built the role-based application shell and navigation used across all modules, including notification counters and permission-aware menus, working within the client’s existing Microsoft stack.
Stack
.NET Blazor · C# · Razor components · REST API integration
Notes
- Sections sourced from the corporate HR master system are intentionally read-only, with in-context redirects so records are always updated at their origin rather than duplicated.
- The organisation chart handles large hierarchies without pagination, so zoom, orientation and filtering carry the navigation load instead.
