A talent management platform for a holding company with multiple operating subsidiaries. The system manages organisational structure, position master data, job profiles, employee records, career development plans, learning and training schedules, and succession planning — all synchronised from the corporate HR master system and maintained across the group hierarchy.

Scope of Work

• Built the succession match-up interface — candidate table with readiness scoring, eligibility status, configurable columns, sorting, filtering and bulk assignment actions.
• Built the conflict confirmation flow for successor assignment — rendering existing nominations returned by the API, grouped per employee with expandable position lists and effective dates, so the reviewer sees the full consequence before committing.
• Developed the organisation structure editor interface — a tree navigator spanning holding and subsidiary entities, paired with an editable chart supporting horizontal/vertical layout, drag repositioning, zoom and full-screen mode.
• Implemented effective-dated structure viewing, master-data sync indicators, position fill counters and structure export in the UI.

Notes

• Succession assignment is a destructive action across multiple records, so the confirmation step was designed to show the full consequence of the change rather than a generic warning.
• Structure data is effective-dated: the same organisation renders differently depending on the selected date, so the chart reads from a date-scoped snapshot rather than current state alone.
• The hierarchy spans a holding company and its subsidiaries, so the tree navigator and chart canvas stay in sync while each handles a different level of detail.
