Provided ongoing guidance, recognition, and support to a distributed team of volunteer community leads, maintaining morale and keeping turnover low across a fully remote structure. Planned and ran recurring in-person and online events, from an annual nationwide family gathering (150–200 attendees) to smaller intimate meetups, covering everything from concept and logistics to attendance tracking. Produced a bilingual impact and funding report from a 286-response community survey and regularly reported community health metrics to sponsors and partners.
