Tomaž Zupančič

I’m a multidisciplinary music producer, sound designer, and composer based in Ljubljana, with 10+ years of professional experience working across recording studios, live performance, theatre, film, and product development. My focus is on fast, technically precise workflows—blending digital production tools with analog/outboard workflows—so I can deliver mixes, masters, original compositions, and detailed sound design that fit the artist and the project.

I’ve also co-founded Piezo Pickups, where I designed and produced piezo contact microphones used by professional musicians, and I’ve worked as a demonstrator at the House of Experiments to inspire curiosity through interactive science activities. Alongside freelance client work and internationally active band projects, I create music and sound for albums, broadcast identities, short films, and theatre productions—always with a collaborative, artist-first mindset.
