Hi, I am a freelance 3D Visualiser and qualified Architectural Technician/Designer based in Yorkshire (UK) skilled in 3DS Max/V-ray & AutoCAD. I work in close liaison with architects, developers, marketing agencies and design consultants to produce architectural CGI which is used primarily to communicate design concepts to clients. Working on projects throughout the UK, I provide still imagery, VR and animations to facilitate the marketing and planning requirements of projects, as well as being used as a means of securing project funding and sponsorship. Fees are generally agreed either as a 'fixed fee per project', on a 'daily rate' or 'monthly retainer' for longer term projects.
