About

Hi, I’m Melanie Thompson. I’m an experienced facilitator and performer with a BA (Hons) from a UK drama school and nine years in the industry, specialising in live theatre, workshops, and audience-engaging experiences. I recently relocated to Amsterdam from the UK and hold a residence permit, enabling me to work in the Netherlands. I love creating dynamic, interactive shows and learning environments, from immersive heritage experiences to on-board entertainment and educational theatre.

I thrive in fast-paced, collaborative settings, working with production teams, schools, and guests to deliver high-quality performances. In my spare time I enjoy dance, running, yoga, and language practice (Dutch), and I’m always exploring new ways to connect people through performance and storytelling.
