I'm Mel Beetham, a senior interior designer with 20+ years of experience across hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors. I have led and collaborated on restaurants, bars, hotels, and F&B spaces, and I currently run MBD (Melba Beetham Design) while lecturing at The Glasgow School of Art. I specialise in concept development, colour and material palettes, atmosphere and lighting direction, FF&E styling, and moodboard production. I enjoy translating design vision into clear, actionable guidance for clients, enabling them to source and implement independently when needed.
