Kiwitch Apothecary (B2C and B2B): brand identity for a maker who builds potions, props and escape-game sets from reclaimed materials. Set what each touchpoint must land in two seconds, from a 32 px avatar to a printed banner. Virgin Red (self-initiated): app store campaign redesign. Benchmarked the strongest loyalty apps, then rebuilt the message hierarchy to make the reward mechanic legible in three seconds.
