Conducted 6 moderated user interviews and benchmarked 4 platforms (VHS München, Meetup, Eventbrite, ReDI) to identify a market gap in operational tooling for education centers. Synthesized findings into 5 affinity clusters and defined a two-role information architecture across 5 modules; designed end-to-end user flows and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. Validated designs through Maze usability testing, achieving 40-second event-creation and 15-second attendance flows with no assistance required.

Mined Trustpilot, App Store, and Google Play reviews and benchmarked 4 e-commerce platforms (Amazon, ABOUT YOU, ASOS, Mytheresa) to identify friction in navigation and define 2 user personas. Designed keyword search, multi-parameter filtering, and order-status visibility in Figma, applying Zalando’s existing design system and component library to ensure brand consistency. Validated the prototype with 7 participants via Maze, achieving a 94% System Usability Scale (SUS) score, 90% task-on-time, and 71% completion rate.
