About
Hi, I’m Michaela Kerr, a software engineer specializing in full-stack development. I currently work remotely for Counties Energy and help clients build custom software, including websites for Tasman Wheelers, Business Studio, and the Nelson Vintage Car Club.
I started my career at Transpower NZ after completing my degrees, and I’ve gained hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Java, Kotlin, and Spring, plus mobile app work. I’m passionate about energy tech, microgrids, and delivering practical software solutions that make a difference.
