Managed the clinic’s digital presence and produced daily photo/video content, including surgical & aesthetic procedure documentation (OR - protocol compliant). Planned, shot, and edited 3–6 short-form videos per day for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, posting consistently on a main page with 500,000+ followers. Created high-performing surgical/aesthetic content exceeding engagement benchmarks, and grew a secondary page from 0 to 12,000 organic followers in under 3 months. Built monthly content calendars, scheduled posts, handled community management and patient inquiries, tracked analytics, and optimized content for stronger reach and retention. Coordinated influencer collaborations and produced promotional ads that generated new client inquiries and strengthened brand positioning.

Managed social media accounts for WAT programs across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Represented the organization at key delegations and events, including the U.S. Embassy, the French Embassy, and WEF. Supported written communications by drafting newsletters and other materials targeting potential clients to increase engagement with IntegralEdu services.
