Growth and lifecycle marketer with 10+ years across B2B, DTC, and B2B2C, currently based in Singapore. I own full-funnel marketing end to end: acquisition, SEO, paid, lifecycle, and content, and I build AI-native systems in production (Claude Code, MCP, marketing automation) that replace manual work with documented, scalable processes. Recent work includes taking a new domain from zero to 30,000+ organic search impressions in six months and building retention programmes from scratch across 7 APAC markets. Comfortable operating independently with high ownership: setting up growth engines from scratch, testing fast, and delivering measurable results without needing an existing playbook. Native Mandarin speaker with working Japanese and Korean.

Industry Experience
- Six lifecycle flows live across 7 APAC markets, built from a standing start with no prior lifecycle infrastructure
- Behavioural segmentation replacing one-size-fits-all campaigns
- A documented, repeatable structure that could scale to new markets without rebuilding from zero each time
The challenge
A B2B and DTC brand operating across 7 APAC markets had no lifecycle or retention marketing in place, every customer touchpoint after acquisition was ad hoc, with no structured welcome, abandonment recovery, or winback flows anywhere in the funnel.
What I built
I designed and built a full lifecycle programme from scratch across all 7 markets: six core flows covering welcome, cart abandonment, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and winback, each with behavioural segmentation rather than blanket sends. Built and managed in Klaviyo and HubSpot, with segmentation logic tied to actual customer behaviour rather than static lists.

Why this matters
Most early-stage or fast-growing companies treat lifecycle marketing as an afterthought until churn or stagnant repeat-purchase rates force the issue. This project shows what it looks like to build retention infrastructure proactively and systematically, across multiple markets at once, rather than bolting it on one flow at a time.
- Grew organic search impressions from zero to 30,000+ in six months
- Earned a cited-source position in Perplexity for category queries, one of the earliest examples of live GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) visibility in this B2B category
- Turned a one-person execution bottleneck into a documented system other writers could run independently
The challenge
A B2B/DTC brand needed organic search visibility on a brand-new domain, with no existing SEO foundation, no content history, and no established authority to build from.
What I built
Rather than authoring content page by page, I wrote the AEO/GEO standard as a repeatable playbook: content architecture, topic clusters, keyword strategy, and internal linking rules that a content team and agency writers could produce against consistently. I reviewed and course-corrected AI-generated briefs so content was built for search and answer-engine intent, not just word count.
The result
Why this matters now
As AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity increasingly mediate how buyers discover brands, traditional SEO alone isn’t enough. This project is a live example of building for both traditional search rankings and AI-answer-engine citation at the same time, not as separate workstreams.
