As a UX/UI/Product Designer, I like creating highly functional digital experiences. Over the past decade, I’ve worked in many industries, ranging from travel and telecommunications to property leasing, semiconductor manufacturing, and athletic wear, gaining experience in designing solutions for both B2B and B2C projects. In my most recent role at Trimble, I led the design efforts for the support portal, help center, and learning and community experiences for the Cloud core team. Trying to unify those spaces for all of the companies that made up Trimble. My responsibilities included collaborating with stakeholders and developers, conducting heuristic and competitive analyses, and creating site maps, research, architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. I designed a federated search functionality within the support portal, among other updates to the portal. I also worked on what we called a concept car for the future vision of the support, learning, and community spaces. Additionally, I formulated and began implementing research plans to enhance the user experience before leaving Trimble. I have contributed to the success of both enterprise companies and startups, as well as those in between. From creating solutions from the ground up, such as PropertyPhotos a media management site for RealPage, to crafting future vision concepts with Trimble and developing internal applications with Texas Instruments, I specialize in delivering on time and meeting both business goals and user needs. I am currently on the lookout for exciting opportunities like this one to contribute to great digital products, where I can use and grow my UX skills.
