Bar Rosa - The Intimate Italian Restaurant

An existing restaurant required an uplift and revised menu. I was bought on originally to re-do the counter and several other small cosmetic elements. Through careful discussion with the company and client, this extended to a complete interior re-fit, resulting in a rich and inviting intimate environment.

As Lead Designer, my role was to take the quick plan and concept that was provided and translate that into the finished space. A clear atmospheric concept was established first, that the space should feel intimate, warm and inviting and the project unfolded from these defined expectations.
