Born in 1983, Moulay Ahmed Ouedrhiri began his musical journey at the age of 13, when he first picked up the guitar and started composing on FastTracker under MS-DOS. Alongside his growing fascination with composition and sound design, he continued to explore sequencing with Reason, Cubase, and Ableton Live, shaping a versatile approach to music creation that would define his career. By the age of 14, Moulay joined his first band, followed by a second thrash metal group at 16, performing in schools and public venues across Casablanca. His early years were marked by experimentation, performance, and an insatiable curiosity for both traditional instruments and digital tools. After moving to France, he became a member of the gothic rock band Soror Dolorosa (2001–2011), with whom he released one EP and two LPs, and performed extensively across Europe. This decade-long collaboration refined his sensibility for atmosphere, emotion, and texture — qualities that would later carry into his work as a composer for film and advertising. Returning to Casablanca in 2014, Moulay began a long-standing collaboration with Subliminal Pictures, composing and producing music for numerous projects that were broadcast on French television and accumulated millions of views on social media. These experiences strengthened his reputation as a composer capable of blending cinematic depth with contemporary production. Having reinvested everything he earned into a world-class studio setup, Moulay now focuses on creating music that bridges emotion, storytelling, and sound design — ready to embark on new creative adventures. Although known primarily as a guitarist and producer, the piano has always held a special place in his musical life. He began playing as a child and continued to nurture his connection with the instrument throughout the years, eventually acquiring his own piano in 2017 — a symbol of his lifelong dedication to music.
