I’m Marian Sangines, a multidisciplinary digital media creator with a growing practice spanning graphic design, digital imaging, UX/UI, and cross-platform visual communication.
I bring over ten years of precision-driven experience as a dental technologist, which shaped a rigorous, user-centered design approach that translates complex ideas into functional, aesthetically considered outcomes. I thrive across digital formats with a strong aesthetic sensibility, visual hierarchy and brand coherence. I’m developing experience in concept-led design across motion, interactive and static media, combining creative vision with structured thinking to produce work that communicates with clarity and depth.

MEM is an original VR project conceived, designed and produced as a fully immersive digital experience built in Spatial.io.
The project began with the development of a complete brand identity ,including logo, colour palette and editorial voice , before expanding into two interconnected interactive galleries exploring the history of electronic music and global festival culture.
Gallery one features curated artist profiles (Kraftwerk, Daft Punk, Nina Kraviz, Bicep and others) with editorial text panels and interactive 3D objects.
Gallery two presents a visual journey through iconic festivals including Sónar, Tomorrowland, Coachella and Burning Man. The experience is connected to a companion zine and the WavePlay streaming platform concept via QR codes, forming a cohesive multimedia ecosystem.
The project was publicly showcased at London Metropolitan University’s Summer Show 2024 using the Igloo 360° immersive display system.

Hybrid Visions is a series of four experimental digital animations, each inspired by a landmark 20th-century art movement. Dadaism, De Stijl, Pop Art, and Conceptual art.
Each piece reimagines the visual language and philosophical spirit of its movement through contemporary digital tools, including Adobe After Effects, mixed media collage, 3D environments, and generative textures.
The series explores how historical avant-garde ideas remain relevant today, translating radical aesthetics into motion, sound, and layered visual narratives.
Across the four works, recurring themes of identity, control, consumer culture, and resistance emerge ,connecting the series into a cohesive body of experimental work.

Woman Under Construction is part of an experimental digital art series comprising four animations, each inspired by a different 20th-century art movement.
This chapter explores conceptualism through digital collage, kinetic typography, and layered sound to reflect on identity, social labels, and the perception of women in contemporary society. The piece navigates themes of expectation, self-construction, and social pressure, encouraging viewers to question imposed definitions and consider identity as fluid and constantly evolving.
Inspired by the work of Barbara Kruger, Woman Under Construction reimagines her visual language and feminist spirit for the digital age, placing the concept itself at the core of the experience, as is central to conceptualist practice.

Land of Crosses is an original opening title sequence designed for a fictional social drama series set in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico,a city marked by decades of gender-based violence and systemic impunity. The sequence draws on real events and real victims to create a visual language that is both politically charged and cinematically grounded.
Concept & Approach
Visually inspired by the aesthetic of title sequences like Narcos, True Detective and Manhunt: Unabomber, the piece blends archival-style imagery, collage technique, missing-person posters, aerial maps and symbolic motifs, pink crosses, barbed wire and desolate roads, to build a world before a single word of dialogue is spoken. The visual grammar moves between evidence and elegy.
Techniques
Parallax animation on still images · Typographic animation · Colour grading and texture overlays · Special effects and multi-layer composition · Sound design and atmospheric enhancements.
