    As a one-woman portable production company, I produced an emotional and informative video about a complex and urgent issue.

    One of the main reasons why I was chosen to take this project on was that I can speak the 3 languages that were needed: Spanish, English and Portuguese. Being able to interview and understand everyone in their native languages is a crucial time saver that is highly valued whenever the production budget is tight.

    It also saves time and costs to have the same person research, pre-produce, shoot, edit, subtitle and even operate the drone. These are all the things I did for this project because I found it especially rewarding to create content that could help give visibility to such an overlooked social issue.

    On top of the English version (above) I delivered Ash to use on his end for fundraisers and general communication of the ngo, I also created a Brazilian version of the video, that Ivanise and all her allies can use to spread the word in Brazil. You may watch it here to find the few differences between both versions. And, rest assured, these differences were carefully decided thinking about each audience and distribution circumstances.
