    Client: Rotherham Minster Date: April 2025 Overview: In support of Rotherham Minster's efforts as a community hub tackling socioeconomic barriers faced by the local community, and to promote Rotherham Minster's Development Fund, I spearheaded the production of Tiny Monks & Saxon Coffins: The Historical Secrets of Rotherham Minster. I conducted extensive research into the history of the church in order to write the video script. I also collaborated with members of staff to coordinate access to areas of the building which are usually off-limits to, and therefore rarely seen by, the general public in order to bring the unique and little-known history of Rotherham Minster to light. The event included a talk on the history of the stately home, its kitchen garden, and the various herbs and spices now popular in festive cooking. I used digitised medieval scrolls and illuminated manuscripts to collate historical recipes using herbs and spices grown within the walled kitchen garden of Eastcote House.
