Developing the data pipeline to derive insights from Big Data populated within the Common Information Model, adhering to strict data modeling, orchestration, and validation standards. Designing an analytics dashboard used by the sales department and stakeholders to make optimized and targeted proposals, streamlining data visualization processes. Driving study and development of Agentic AI tools using in-house LLMs to automate complex data parsing for sales units, directly assisting customer-facing teams and enhancing process efficiency.

Conducted statistical time-series analysis for multi-seasonal data enabling anomaly and change point detection. Developed an automated analysis tool using R, Python, and Scala with the Apache Spark framework for large-scale data collection and report generation. Implemented a data pipeline aggregation to perform integration and validation of data from multiple sources for achieving higher system reliability. Designed analytical dashboards for technical leads and coordinators for planning and forecasting purposes using Tableau, Power BI, and Elasticsearch. Facilitated communication of complex data science concepts and findings to stakeholders, enhancing informed decision-making across teams.
